High-Throughput Multispectral Imaging – PhenOptics

Analyzing tissue heterogeneity and spatial relationships of cells in situ is imparative to understand the complex biology of human diseases. Our multi-spectral imaging unit allows to analyze up to 9 parameters simultaneously in human and murine paraffin-fixed tissue sections in a high-throughput-like fashion (up to 30 slides/day). Established software pipelines using machine learning approaches are then employed to determine and quantify cellular phenotypes and their spatial orientation towards each other.
